Chicken Noodles

Wash the chicken breasts and steam them. Boil for about ten minutes. After letting cool, tear it into shredded chicken by hand.

Wash and shred cucumber

Mung bean sprouts blanched

Chop garlic, season with soy sauce, vinegar, white sugar, salt, and dried chili. Put the peppercorns in hot oil and fry the peppercorns in oil. Add the seasonings and stir-fry until boiling and serve.

Boil the noodles, remove and pass the water.
Tips:
1. The noodles can be cooked until soft and hard according to the taste. 2. Be careful of splashing oil when frying the seasoning.
