Chicken Shredded Noodles

Prepare the main ingredients.

Put the chicken breast in a pot under cold water, add pepper, star anise, green onion, ginger, garlic, salt, and Angelica dahurica, and cook for 20 minutes.

Soak in the vine pepper juice for a few hours to taste.

Take a part of the chicken breast and tear it into strips.

After the water in the pot is boiled, add Arowana + active fermented hollow noodles and cook for 6 minutes. This noodle adopts active yeast fermentation process, hollow noodle body, easy to taste, more delicious, durable cooking, and does not paste the soup, so feel free to cook.

Put light soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic in a bowl, add a little boiled water and stir well. Scoop out the noodles and pour in the mixed sauce.

Put cucumber shreds and chicken shreds on top.

Drizzle some chili oil at the end.
Tips:
1. Rattan pepper sauce is a finished product bought from a deli. The chicken inside is fished out and then used to marinate chicken breasts. Nothing can omit this step.
2. The noodles do not need too much cold water and will not stick.
