Chicken Soup Tofu Skewers

Main ingredients: dried tofu, green onion and garlic, chicken broth

Mince the onion and garlic and set aside
3.
Cut the dried tofu into cubes
4.
Roll it up and string it with a stick
5.
Pour the chicken broth into a pot and boil

Add tofu skewers and cook for 10 minutes

Add half of the chopped green onion and garlic, season with salt
8.
Cook for another 5 minutes until the tofu is soft and waxy.
9.
Serve the tofu skewers on a plate
10.
Stir in chicken soup
11.
Put the remaining scallions on top and serve
Tips:
1. The tofu skewers sold on the street are very small. The dried tofu I use can wear 20 skewers on the street.
2. If there is no chicken soup, it can be used with thick soup.
