Soak the wolfberry in cold water for later use.

Put the green onion, ginger, garlic, rock sugar, red dates, etc. into the soup pot, add two spoons of salt, half a spoon of monosodium glutamate, one spoon of cooking wine, and half a spoon of vinegar.
5.
Pour boiling water into the pot, put the chicken legs, and cook for ten minutes on high heat.
6.
After the water boils, turn to low heat and simmer for an hour.
7.
Sprinkle a little white pepper to taste.
8.
You're done, put in a bowl, and add a little freshly chopped green onion to enhance the flavor.
Tips:
As the saying goes, "eat meat in cold water and soup in hot water". During the cooking process, I always use boiling water whether to blanch the meat or add water, so that the nutrients of the chicken can be fully dissolved in the soup.
