Chicken Stewed Mushroom Vermicelli

Cut the ingredients and set aside

Soak the mushrooms, pick them out, and set aside

Boil chicken in cold water and remove
4.
Scallion ginger, saute with spices
5.
Stir fry with chicken

Add sugar, light soy sauce, soy sauce, continue to stir well

Add salt and chicken essence and simmer for about 15 minutes

Add the vermicelli and continue to simmer for 15 minutes

Add the green pepper to match the color 2 minutes before serving
