Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms

Soak the mushrooms in warm water, filter out the impurities, set aside, wash the mushrooms, soak the powder with warm water; wash the chicken and chop into small pieces, cut the green onion into small pieces, and slice the ginger

Heat up a frying pan, add green onions and ginger, stir fry, pour in chicken pieces and stir fry until the color turns white

Drizzle with soy sauce, stir-fry, add mushrooms and water, and spread over the chicken nuggets

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour, then add mushrooms
