Chicken Tip Braised Radish
1.
Wash the radish, peel and cut into hob blocks

Clean the tip of the chicken with clean water

Boil the water in the pot, pour the chicken wings into it and cook

Wash tangerine peel, star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin with water

Boil the water in the pot, pour the radishes in and cook for five minutes

Pour in the garlic slices, ginger slices, and garlic segments in a hot pan and fry for one minute
7.
Pour in the right amount of oil

Pour in tangerine peel, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, fennel seeds and stir fry

Pour the chicken tips

Add some salt and light soy sauce and stir fry for one minute

Add some water and cook for one minute
12.
Pour the radish and stir fry
13.
Add 2 teaspoons of Zhu Hou sauce and stir well
14.
Add appropriate amount of curry powder, rock sugar and water, cover the pot and cook on high heat for 30 minutes until the juice is collected

After cooking, sprinkle an appropriate amount of coriander and stir well.
Tips:
1. It is recommended to cut the radish skin a bit deeper, because the bitter taste of the radish will not be obvious;
2. Fry garlic slices, ginger slices, and garlic segments in a hot pan and then pour the oil to evaporate their fragrance;
3. The radishes cooked in 30 minutes are relatively soft. If you want to eat harder radishes, it is recommended to cook them for 15 minutes.
