Chicken Wing Rice

Ingredients: chicken wings, 4 pcs. Overnight meal, moderate amount. Eggs, one. Vegetables, in moderation. Seasoning: salt, oil, soy sauce, rib sauce, sugar. Tools: fruit knife and kitchen scissors for bone removal

Use a knife to make a few circles around the bone, and then use the knife to scrape down.

Scrape to the bottom of the first bone and fold the bone directly to break it. Just pull it out

There are many tendons at the joint between the second and first bones, so be careful not to break the skin. I cut it with scissors, and then scraped it with a knife.

Just scrape it to the bottom and just break it off. Turning the skin over.

Beat the eggs, shred the vegetables, and stir the rice with a little oil. spare!

Stir-fry, sauté water, soften, add salt, don’t cook too much, set aside

After the chicken wings are boned and washed, it is best to use kitchen paper to absorb the excess water to avoid the scrambled eggs becoming sticky.

Load it up, get out of the pot! Heat the pan, add oil, and then put the chicken wings down and fry on both sides.

Fry it almost in shape, and the skin is yellowish and shiny. Put it out in the microwave (because there is no oven)

The juice, I made it with sugar + soy sauce + rib sauce, and then coated it. The reason is that I am afraid that the juice is too thin and the rice inside will be sticky and not dry. (The sad reminder without the oven)

Apply it several times and bake the reverse side. The color is almost the same, that's it. I put it in the microwave for about ten minutes. Take it back and forth several times, spread the sauce and turn it over.
