Chicken wing rice, also called wing rice. It sounds a lot like eating a full meal. Doesn't a mother just ask the child for this small requirement? This dish is not only a full meal, but also a good meal! There is rice, meat, vegetables, and a glass of juice. It's so refreshing!

This is the breakfast prepared for my son one day. Well, our family’s breakfast often has meat. Because the children eat only breakfast at home every day, and the rest are eaten in the school cafeteria. So I try to prepare breakfast for him every morning. Few children don’t like chicken wings, right? In this dish, the chicken wings are boneless, and the nutritious fried rice is stuffed into it. It's very satisfying to bite it down in one bite!

But don’t stuff too much rice. Of my 6 winged rice, 2 of them cracked when the chicken was heated to the end. Of course, it does not affect eating, haha!

8. The oven is preheated. Temperature 180 degrees, hot air mode, middle and lower floors, about 25 minutes. You can turn it over halfway and brush it with honey and oil again, it will taste better. The oven settings are for reference only, and still need to be adjusted according to your home oven

Tips:

1. Choose chicken wings with good skin and try to be bigger
2. The chicken wings are marinated in advance to taste better
3. Don't make the fried rice salty
4. Be careful when deboning, a little test of patience
5. Don't stuff too much rice, be careful that it will burst during roasting
