Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, and ginger to marinate overnight for at least 2 hours. The taste can be matched according to your own preferences. My formula is for reference only

Let's fry the fried rice first. I am fried rice with carrot sprouts and minced pork. Stuff the fried rice into the chicken wings, don’t stuff too much, it’s easy to crack after baking for a long time

The oven is preheated. Temperature 180 degrees, hot air mode, middle and lower floors, about 25 minutes. You can turn it over halfway and brush it with honey and oil again, it will taste better. The oven settings are for reference only, and still need to be adjusted according to your home oven

Tips:
1. Choose chicken wings with good skin and try to be bigger
2. The chicken wings are marinated in advance to taste better
3. Don't make the fried rice salty
4. Be careful when deboning, a little test of patience
5. Don't stuff too much rice, be careful that it will burst during roasting
This recipe uses a Midea smart electric oven, model T7-L384D, with a capacity of 38L and a power of 1800W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own oven.
