Chicken Wings Braised Rice
1.
Wash the chicken wings and use a knife to make a few knives on both sides for easy taste
2.
Marinate with marinated meat for half an hour. I bought the ready-made marinated meat. If you don’t have it, you can add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, etc. to your taste.
3.
Wash 1 cup of rice and add 1 cup of water.
4.
Be careful not to add too much water. Normally, when only braising rice, the ratio of rice to water is 1:1.2, and other ingredients and seasonings will be added later, and they will all produce water. So this amount must be controlled
5.
Wash potatoes and carrots, peel them, and cut into pieces with a hob
6.
Shallots, chopped green onions
7.
Add the marinated chicken wings to the rice cooker
8.
Top with sliced potatoes and carrots
9.
Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of oyster sauce
10.
Finally, pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil, and turn on the rice cooker.

The fragrant chicken wings braised rice is just fine. It's very simple. Just wait for 25 minutes, the food is all there, and there is no fumes. Isn't it very simple? If you are too lazy to do it, just do it if you want to be lazy!
Tips:
Vegetables and chicken wings will produce water, so don't put too much water in the rice. Otherwise, the rice grains are too soft and taste bad.
