Prepare the ingredients, thaw the chicken legs, shred the onion, cut the thick ginger, cut the shallots into sections, and pat the garlic cloves; wash the lettuce leaves and soak in light salt water for 10 minutes, pick up and drain the water; wash the cucumbers and peel them Use a knife to cut out 3 cucumber slices for later use; weigh the soy sauce and other seasonings.

Wash the rice, add water to the height of a knuckle of rice noodles, or the ratio of rice to water is 1:1.2, soak for more than half an hour, boil or steam into rice.

Tips:
Step 1 looks like a lot, but it's actually very easy to do. If there is a ready-made teriyaki sauce, it can be easier.
2 The rice must be compacted, otherwise it will easily fall apart. I think about it now. It might be better to mix the rice with a colorless salad dressing to make the rice a little sticky.
