Chicken Wings Stewed with Dried Potatoes

Thaw raw chicken wings, wash them, and stir-fry them in cold water!

30 seconds after the water boils, remove the chicken wings and drain! Put edible oil and soft white sugar in the pot. After the sugar is melted, put it in the chicken wings, fry the double-sided golden brown and turn off the heat.

Put the peppercorns aniseed, bay leaves, nutmeg, cinnamon, mushrooms, dried peppers into the saucepan

Add water to the pot and bring it to high heat, add salt, chicken essence, dark soy sauce, and soaked potatoes and simmer together

After the water is boiled, change the heat to a low heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes! Remove the lid and turn to high heat to collect the soup

Tips:
Dried potatoes should be soaked in warm water two hours in advance! Dried potatoes taste much better than potatoes! I am from the Northeast! I support the deliciousness of my hometown!
