Chicken Wings with Barbecued Pork Sauce
1.
Wash the chicken wings clean and control the moisture. Cut the chicken wings diagonally on both sides with two knives to add more flavor during the marinating process. Cut ginger into slices, garlic into slices, and green onions into sections for later use.
2.
Put ginger, garlic, green onion, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, barbecued pork sauce (I use Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce), olive oil, honey, mix well and marinate in chicken wings, cover with plastic wrap, and put Put it in the refrigerator overnight, during which time you can turn it over to make it evenly tasty. The kid in my family doesn't eat any spicy food, so he didn't use chili. If you want to eat spicy food, you can add oily chili in this step to taste better.
3.
Preheat the oven at 17 degrees. Put a piece of tin foil on the baking tray and put the chicken wings on top one by one. In addition, take a clean bowl, pour a little bit of marinated chicken wings sauce, add honey and mix well (here called honey sauce), and then use a brush to brush a layer on the chicken wings to increase the flavor and color.
4.
Put the chicken wings in the preheated oven, heat up and down at 170 degrees for 25 minutes, take out the oven, turn the chicken wings out of the oven, and then brush with a layer of honey sauce, put it in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes, and finally, sprinkle a little white Sesame, looks more beautiful.
