Chicken with Named Mushroom and Chestnut—autumn Tonic

Wash the chicken breasts and cut them into small pieces of 1 cm square, add light soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, five-spice powder, and a little water starch to marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat the wok and pour the oil. When the oil is warm, add the marinated chicken pieces and fry until cooked.

Heat the wok and pour the oil, add the chopped green onion and ginger until the oil is hot and sauté.

Stir-fry the mushrooms.

Pour in green pepper diced and stir-fry. You can also add some dried red pepper shreds for garnish. Finally, add chicken essence and sesame oil to taste and cook.
