Chicken Wontons in Sour Soup

To save trouble, I bought ready-made wonton wrappers directly. Red dates and astragalus are soaked in boiling water into thick red dates and astragalus water for later use.

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, put it in a food processor, add an appropriate amount of salt and a few spoons of red dates and astragalus water, and stir into a puree for later use.

Scoop a small spoonful of minced meat and put it in the middle of the wonton wrapper.

Fold it in half.

Pull both ends to the middle, and press the two sharp corners together.

All the wontons are wrapped, one pressing the front one to help shape.

Put the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and oil chili in a bowl.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce.

Boil two spoons of oil and pour it into the sauce to stir up the aroma.

Pour the red dates and astragalus water into the pot, boil the wontons into the pot and cook.

Scoop two tablespoons of the astragalus and red dates for cooking wontons and pour it into the sauce to make a soup. Take out the cooked wontons and put them in the soup.
Tips:
This chicken wonton is a good recipe for blood qi. It is more effective than diarrhea, eat it on an empty stomach, once a day, the effect is obvious, try it.
