Chilled Preserved Egg Tofu

Prepare lactone tofu and preserved eggs

Prepare sesame oil and light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, green onion, ginger and garlic

Wash the green onion, ginger and garlic, and cut into fine pieces

Put the green onion, ginger and garlic in a bowl, pour the balsamic vinegar

Pour in soy sauce

Rinse the tofu with boiling water and cut into small pieces

Slice the preserved egg into four pieces each
