Chinese Burger-ban Tou Bao

Mince the meat, rub a little carrot with a wiper (I used half), and dice the onion. Mix the above ingredients, add an egg, a pinch of salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate or chicken essence, and a teaspoon of starch. Stir in one direction.

Spread it in a pan and fry it into a meatloaf about the size of a steamed bun, and then fry an egg.

Cut the steamed buns in half, spread a layer of lettuce and add eggs.

Add meatloaf on the egg.

Coat the meatloaf with salad dressing.

Add another layer of lettuce on the meatloaf, cover with steamed buns, and finish.

Make another cucumber. Slice the steamed buns and spread a layer of shredded cucumber.
8.
Put meatloaf on top of shredded cucumber and add salad dressing.
9.
Spread a layer of shredded cucumber on the meatloaf.
10.
Cover the bun slices and finish.
Tips:
If the steamed buns are cold, they must be heated thoroughly before making them. This will make them delicious. Cold things are bad for health.
