Weigh flour, corn flour, soybean flour, and baking powder in proportion. The raw soy flour used in the original recipe, I only have cooked soy flour in my house, which is not finely ground, and the graininess is more obvious.

After mixing well, add water to make a slightly thick batter, and let it stand for more than half an hour.

Take another flour, add vegetable oil, salt, cooked black and white sesame seeds, and water.

Knead it into a smooth dough for half an hour.

Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape, and roll it out as large as possible.

Divide equally into several portions, and make a cut in the middle of each portion without breaking the sides.

Fry into the oil pan until golden and crisp on both sides, remove the oil control, so that the crisp is ready.

1. For novice users, the batter is a little thinner and better spread out evenly. You can make the batter thicker at first. If you find it difficult to handle when spreading the pancakes, you can add more water to dilute the batter.
