Chive Sauce
1.
To buy leek flowers, you need to buy 2/3 of the flowers and 1/3 of the tender seeds. I personally think that the sauce will taste like this.
2.
Cut off the pedicels and yellow branches and other debris
3.
Carry out cleaning, and rinse with running water for the last time
4.
Control the moisture, spread out and dry the surface moisture
5.
Add some salt to the leeks to kill the water vapor, which is easy to operate when whipping
6.
Slice apple, pear and ginger separately
7.
Break it up with a food processor
8.
Add the remaining salt and mix well
9.
Then put it into a clean bottle without water and oil, seal it, and put it in a cool place for 10 days before eating.
Tips:
1: If it is too dry when whipping, you can add a little pure water
2: I like moist leek flowers, which taste better
