Chives and Egg Vegetarian Dumplings

1. Wash the leeks to cool off the moisture

2. Chop and mix well with sesame oil

3. Beat in a bowl and mix well

4. Put it in a pan and fry it until it becomes thin and slightly yellow

5. Chop the egg crust

6. Put the chopped egg skins on the chives mixed in sesame oil and put the above seasoning

7. Make dumplings
