Chocolate Puffs

Put water, milk, salt, and butter together in a pot and boil over medium heat. Stir with egg soot to avoid muddy bottom.

Don't turn off the heat, turn to a low heat, pour in the flour, and cook the noodles.

Whisk continuously with egg until there are no dry powder particles

Remove from heat, add egg and stir quickly.

Lift the egg beater, you can see that the batter is in the shape of an inverted triangle and the length is about 4cm.

The batter is in a piping bag with a big round mouth.

Squeeze 9 puffs on a baking tray with a silicone mat. The diameter is about 4-4.5CM.

Start making meringues, pour some of the meringue ingredients on the chopping board, and lower the temperature of the butter.

Wear gloves and start rubbing repeatedly

Until it can be kneaded into a ball.

Take two pieces of silicone oil paper and wrap the dough on both sides.

Use a rolling pin to push the dough into a sheet

Slowly uncover the greased paper, sprinkle a thin layer of low powder, cover with greased paper, turn over and continue to spread the powder.

Cut a circle with a cutting die that is a circle larger than the puff body.

Gently peel off and cover the puff.

Put it into the preheated oven and put it on the middle and lower floors.

Bake at 155°C for 45 minutes. Don't turn on the oven during the whole process.

Prepare pure fat chocolate coins.

When the insulated water melts, keep stirring, take it out immediately after it melts, it will be easy to separate water and oil after a long time.

Pour it on a stainless steel chopping board, preferably a marble chopping board.

Use the scraper to scrape several times, the chocolate will become sticky and put it into the piping bag immediately.

Use chocolate sauce to draw the nose and mouth on the panda's face, and squeeze the chocolate sauce on the head to decorate it with leaves or small flowers.
Tips:
When making the puff body, the amount of eggs can be adjusted according to the state of the batter, subject to the inverted triangle of 4cm.
