Chongqing Spicy Chicken

Debone the chicken thighs and cut into cubes

Stir and mix the marinated meat with the diced chicken, let stand for half an hour

Pour a large bowl of oil in a small pot, heat it over medium heat until a piece of meat is sandwiched between chopsticks and put it in immediately.

After the oil temperature is right, put the marinated meat in the oil pan

After frying all the discoloration, fry for 2-3 minutes to pick up and put on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil

Add a little oil to the wok, add the shallots and ginger, stir fry and add the Chinese pepper and dried chili

Tips:
1. When the chicken nuggets are put in at the end, if you want to show more color, you can add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce to color
2. If you don’t want to bite into the chili seeds, you don’t need to cut the dried chilies, but the spiciness may not be enough; or cut the dried chilies and filter out all the chili seeds
