Chongqing Spicy Chicken

First, we prepare a three-yellow chicken (personally think the whole chicken tastes better)

Add cooking wine, pepper, ginger, salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and marinate for 20 minutes

When marinating the chicken nuggets, we cut the chili into sections, 3 cloves of garlic, and appropriate amount of pepper (add a little sesame pepper according to personal taste)

Fry the marinated chicken nuggets until golden brown and remove them for later use.

Leave a little oil in the pan and fry the chili garlic cloves and peppercorns until the aroma is fragrant ➕ like a fried chicken, stir fry it and bring it out of the pan. (If you like to eat peanuts, add a little peanuts to taste better)
