Chopped Pepper and Potato Shreds

2 yellow heart potatoes.

Cut the ginger and garlic and set aside.

Cut the potatoes into shreds and rinse off the starch with water.

Heat oil and saute ginger and garlic.
5.
Pour shredded potatoes.
6.
Stir fry on fire.
7.
Add the right amount of chopped pepper.
8.
Stir-fry evenly, season with a little salt and light soy sauce.
Tips:
Chopped pepper itself is salty, so give less or no salt.
The potato shreds rinsed with water will be more crispy.
The potato shreds are best drained when preparing to fry. It won't be too dry when fried like this.
