Chopped Pepper Beef
1.
Wash the beef and cut into 0.5 cm slices, peel the garlic, wash and cut into thin slices, and chop the shallots into finely minced pieces.
2.
Add a little salt, black pepper, red wine, and eggs to the meat slices and mix well
3.
Pour water starch and mix well
4.
Add cooking oil and marinate for 15 minutes
5.
Put the white sesame seeds in a dry pan and slowly fry them over a low heat until the sesame seeds emit a fragrance
6.
Put oil in the pot and cook until it is six mature. Add the beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color. Remove the oil and set aside.
7.
Leave a little oil in the pan for sautéing beef, add garlic slices and stir-fry over low heat until the skin is slightly yellowish, add ginger and chopped peppers and continue to fry until you smell the aroma
8.
At this time, switch to high heat, add the beef that has been fried in advance, pour in the cooking wine and stir-fry, so that the aroma of chopped pepper, garlic, and onion is fully penetrated into the beef
9.
Finally, add light soy sauce and sugar to taste, stir-fry until the beef is in the juice, and evenly sprinkle with sauteed white sesame
10.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
Add more oil to the beef for the first time. The sesame must be sautéed slowly over a low heat to avoid it. When sauteing the garlic slices, do not fry it. The skin should be browned.
