Chopped Pepper Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms and divide them into small strands

Put enoki mushrooms in boiling water, blanch for 1 minute, remove and drain

Add salt, sugar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil and appropriate amount of water to the bowl and mix well

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add chopped pepper and saute until fragrant
