Chopped Pepper Fungus Mixed with Broccoli

Soak the fungus in advance, remove the roots, tear them into small flowers and clean them; break the broccoli into small pieces and clean them.

Boil the fungus in a pot with hot water for one minute, remove it and let it cool in water.

After the broccoli is blanched, immediately remove the cold water.

Put the fungus and broccoli dry in a larger container.

Heat up the wok, add vegetable oil, add the peppercorns and sauté until fragrant, then remove.

Add minced garlic and chopped peppers, stir fry until it is fragrant and turn off the heat.

Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar, freshly fried garlic, chopped pepper, and sesame oil to the fungus and broccoli.

Stir well and serve.
Tips:
1. Blanch the fungus for about 1 minute, and the broccoli can be blanched to change color, too long will affect the taste.
2. The amount of salt depends on the increase or decrease of the saltiness of the homemade chopped pepper.
