I especially like the taste of chopped pepper, so every fall I have to pickle some chopped pepper sauce and use it to cook dishes. I like chopped pepper fish head; when there is no fish head, make chopped pepper fish tail. Today, we cooked a dish with chopped pepper and squid, which tasted quite good.

Chopped Pepper Squid

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: squid silk, carrots, chopped pepper

2. Slice the squid

3. Slice carrots, chopped green onion and ginger

4. Boil water in a pot, add cooking wine

5. Add squid slices and blanch

6. It can be taken out after changing the color, and set aside

7. Heat oil in a pan, fry chives and ginger

8. Add chopped peppers and stir-fry on low heat

9. After frying the aroma, add carrot slices and stir fry

10. Add appropriate amount of water, and simmer the carrot slices thoroughly.

11. Put in spare squid slices

12. Quick stir fry

13. Season with salt and MSG, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat

14. Put it out of the pot and serve on the table

Tips:

1. The ingredients can also choose green peppers and sharp peppers.
2. Because the squid slices are already blanched and cooked, the carrots should be simmered and cooked thoroughly. After adding the squid slices, they should be cooked quickly.
