Rice pudding is a dessert in the traditional Danish Christmas meal. Rice and cream are used to make pudding and served with jam or nuts. Sometimes an almond is placed at the bottom of the pudding, and the lucky ones who eat the almond can get a small gift. I have made a simpler rice pudding before, this one is more suitable for Christmas. "
