Chrysanthemum Shrimp and Small Tofu

Ingredients: 5005 grams of tofu, 100 grams of fresh shrimp, appropriate amount of sea rice, appropriate amount of green onions, garlic, salt, cooking wine, and edible oil. Seasoning sauce ingredients: stock or boiled onion, coriander, mustard tuber, edible oil, light soy sauce, dried chili.

Grill the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, and marinate with proper amount of cooking wine.

Pick and wash chrysanthemum chrysanthemum.

Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum cut into foam, stems, and leaves are separated.

Wear disposable gloves to crush the tofu.

After the shrimp turns red and cooked, add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir fry evenly.

Make the sauce: put coriander, mustard greens, green onions, and chopped froth into a bowl, pour the light soy sauce, mix well, and chop dried chili froth on top of the seasoning.

Add cooking oil to the pot and heat it up.

Pour the oil into a seasoning bowl and mix well.

When eating, the small tofu is poured into a bowl and a spoonful of seasoning juice is added to serve, which is delicious and nutritious.
