Dilute 1 bowl of flour with 1 bowl of water to make a paste and set aside the other 5 bowls of water, pour into a pot and boil

After the water is boiled, add the batter and stir quickly until the color changes. Turn off the heat faster. This process takes only a few seconds.

Pour the batter into the bowl to cool down and put a basin under the bowl

After the surface layer is shaped, add clean water to it and don't stir it to make the powder set faster

During this period, cut the cucumber into shreds and reserve the powder block, and then put it on the cutting board and use the spatula to stick the powder block and turn into strips.

Remove the vermicelli in the water, add the seasoning and cucumber shreds, and mix well.
Tips:
If the jelly is eaten and shaved, it will be bad if it becomes more soaked
