Tips:
Both Pixian Doubanjiang and Laoganma supermarkets sell it. The luncheon meat does not need to be over-watered, just pour it into the pot along with the cooked vegetables. The bean paste itself is relatively salty, so I didn’t add salt, so I can add salt before cooking according to my taste (but salt is not encouraged to eat too much~ bad for your health)
