Ciabatta Bread

Prepare all materials.

Mix water, salt and yeast. I use red bean and barley water, the color is a bit dark, warm water is fine.

Pour in all the flour.

Mix the mixer evenly and place it in a warm place for 18 hours.

The state of fermentation.
6.
Shape, sprinkle a layer of flour on the surface, and ferment for another 2 hours.
7.
Put it in the oven and bake at 220 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

Fresh is the best!
Tips:
1. It is very difficult to transfer from the cutting board to the baking tray because it is too soft! So it can be done on a floured plastic wrap, and then reversed.
2. The fresh taste is the best!
