Clam Meat Yam Porridge

Rinse and clean the right amount of rice.

Defrost and soak the green beans in advance, soak the clam meat, chop the lean meat into the bottom, add an appropriate amount of starch and light soy sauce and stir. Peel the yam and cut into strips and soak in water.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add the chopped coriander and chopped to pieces.
Tips:
After peeling and dicing the yam, soak it in clean water, otherwise it will be easily oxidized.
