This clam meat was bought by my mother last year that she wanted me to buy it for her. I bought it during the Chinese New Year and wanted to send it to her. Then I put it away and piled it in the refrigerator. I thought it was also a seafood porridge. I made some yam and green beans to cook the porridge together. The porridge cooked in a casserole was very fragrant, and the whole family was very happy to eat and drink, and it was nutritious.

Clam Meat Yam Porridge

1. Rinse and clean the right amount of rice.

2. Defrost and soak the green beans in advance, soak the clam meat, chop the lean meat into the bottom, add an appropriate amount of starch and light soy sauce and stir. Peel the yam and cut into strips and soak in water.

3. Pour the cleaned rice into a casserole and pour an appropriate amount of water for cooking the porridge.

4. Cover the casserole and boil on high heat.

5. Add clam meat after boiling.

6. Add green beans.

7. Pour in the drained yam.

8. Add a few slices of ginger, then close the lid, boil on high heat to low heat, and cook until the porridge is rotten.

9. Add the minced meat to a boil, stir with a spoon, and continue to cook until the lean minced meat is cooked through.

10. Add the right amount of salt.

11. Add the chopped coriander and chopped to pieces.

Tips:

After peeling and dicing the yam, soak it in clean water, otherwise it will be easily oxidized.
