Classic Beef Brisket

Wash the sirloin, soak it in cold water for 2 hours, soak it in bleeding water, and blanch it if there is still blood after changing the water twice.

Add the sirloin and ingredients to the pressure cooker (or casserole).

Tips:
It is best to use a pressure cooker for sirloin because it is particularly difficult to boil.
