Classic French Puffs (there are Also Lightning Puffs and Nun Puff Cakes)

1. Pour water and butter into the pot.

2. When the water starts to boil, add the flour.

3. Stir the water and flour

4. Pour the beaten eggs in several times, stirring quickly after each time.

5. The mixed dough is as shown in the picture.

6. Squeeze it onto the baking grease paper spread on the oven tray, put it into the oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes

7. Make a small hole in the middle of the baked puffs with a knife

8. You can also cut the middle directly and put in the custard sauce

9. Custard sauce squeezed into the puff

10. The puff is complete!

11. The custard sauce is full~~~

12. One of the classic French puffs, the lightning puffs, the first few steps are the same as half of the puffs. The shape should be squeezed into a long strip and coated with chocolate.

13. Nun puff cake, with a small puff on the top and a big puff on the bottom. Because it looks like a nun, it’s called a nun puff. I think it’s more like a snowman. It’s a bit ugly. Don’t blame everyone. TOT, I want to withdraw this photo. Thinking about such a fun pastry, it’s better to introduce it to everyone. Next time I will make it better and show it to you~
