Claypot Duck

Chop the duck into pieces and blanch the water in a pot.

Rinse with cold water and drain for later use.
3.
Soak the day lily and wash it well.
4.
Heat a little bit of cold oil in a pan, add the duck meat and other ingredients and stir fry.
5.
Add seasonings and continue to stir fry.
6.
Add the broth to a boil.
7.
Turn off the heat and transfer to the casserole.
8.
After ten minutes, add day lily and turn to medium heat and continue cooking.
9.
Collect the juice and add some miso to the pot.
