I learned this claypot rice from the chef on the food section of our local TV station. I replaced the chef’s sausage with his own barbecued pork, and the chef’s chicken powder with chicken powder. Although not classified as authentic, it is quite delicious. "

Claypot Rice

1. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in cold water in advance.

2. Wash the rice.

3. Put the rice in a clay pot, add appropriate amount of water and cover the pot with a lid.

4. Use the cooking time to wash the rapeseed and prepare the barbecued pork.

5. Cut the barbecued pork into slightly thicker slices.

6. Add light soy sauce and chicken powder to the bowl.

7. Add salt, sugar and stir to make the sauce.

8. Boil the rice to a honeycomb shape on the surface, and put the rape, shiitake mushrooms, and barbecued pork in the pot.

9. Pour in the sauce.

10. Boil until the ingredients are cooked and enjoy.
