Claypot Rice 20 Minutes Quick and Zero Failure

Soak the rice for 20 minutes. The best is Simiao rice, I use Wuchang rice.
Slice the sausage and chop the chives. Don't use green onions.

Pour the oil on the bottom of the casserole, enough for the bottom of the pot + the wall of the pot to feel even, about that much.
I prefer linseed oil, sunflower oil, olive oil and other non-savoury ones. I don't like the taste of peanut oil. This varies from person to person, and any oil can be done well.

Pour the rice and add water, with the tip of your fingernails at the top of the rice, don’t insert it. The surface of the water is about one centimeter.

Seeing that the water is almost gone (about the fourth minute), open the lid and place the sausages on the rice. Don't stir the sausages up and down. When the sausages are mixed to the bottom of the pot, it will be mashed and wasted.
At the end of the first five minutes, there shouldn’t be too much water, it’s all steamed dry.

The second 5 minutes: turn the pot at 365 degrees, Xiaowen 🔥. Be sure to turn the pot, turn it every a few minutes, and turn it evenly in all directions within 5 minutes.
This is the key. If you keep burning flat, it will be 100% thick.
The third 2 minutes: Pour a circle of oil, then reduce the heat, 2 minutes, you can also turn the pot.
Turn off the heat, simmer for 10 minutes on the stove, add the chopped green onion, and the hot cooked vegetables, pour the juice on, and mix well (this process can be done with a low heat and hot soy sauce) and start eating.
