Wash the casserole clean, first brush with a layer of peanut oil, the purpose of brushing the oil is to have the crispy rice, and the rice will not stick to the pan.

Measure a cup of Ruanliang's preferred germ rice, which is about 140 grams. This is the amount for one person. The water absorption of germ rice is slightly smaller.

After washing it, add 210 grams of water and make claypot rice with a casserole which is delicious. Put the casserole on the electric ceramic stove and start cooking.

After a few minutes, the water boils, turn to a low heat, close the lid and cook for a while. At this time, cut the sausage into slices, mince the green onion and ginger, and cut the shiitake mushrooms into the mince in advance.

Open the lid again, basically no water is visible, there is still a small amount of water bubbling on the surface, at this time the rice is basically 8 minutes old.

First sprinkle the shiitake mushrooms, the chopped green onion and ginger on the rice. Then put the sliced sausages on the surface. The claypot rice made by yourself is just willing to put the ingredients, and it is more luxurious than the sold ones. Cover again and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes

Finally, you can hear the sound of thorns, turn off the heat, and use the remaining temperature of the pot to simmer for a while, the bottom of the pot will form a scorched rice crust. Open the lid, drizzle some light soy sauce to taste, add chopped cilantro and chopped green onion to garnish. The super delicious claypot rice is ready, and the fragrant can't stop.
Rather than taking great pains to match meals, it is better to treat yourself with a bowl of germ rice. A bowl of good rice is the best choice.
Tips:
1. Put a layer of oil on the casserole in advance, which can better form the charred rice crust, which is especially delicious.
2. You can blanch some small greens and put them in, and the nutrition will be more comprehensive. If there is no one at home, I will omit it.
