Claypot Rice

Fresh broad beans are peeled and cooked.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms, cut them with a knife, and blanch them.

Cut the sausage into thin slices.

Wash the rice and soak in water for 1 hour.

Pour some oil on the bottom of the casserole.

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer.
