A piece of bacon.

Put water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put the bacon on a plate and put it in the steamer.

Steam on medium and small heat for 40 minutes.

Cut the steamed bacon into thin slices. The vegetables are cleaned, and the skin of the vegetables with the older roots can be removed.

Soak the rice in water for half an hour in advance.

Tips:
