Claypot Rice with Mushrooms and Dried Beans
1.
First prepare the green onions, refined pork belly, dried beans and shiitake mushrooms (cut the green onions and refined pork belly)
2.
Soak the dried beans and shiitake mushrooms in advance
3.
Put the oil in the hot pan, put the refined pork belly and stir fry (the meat is white). If you want to eat dry meat, you can fry it for a while.
4.
Stir fry until the meat turns white, then add the green onions, and continue to fry until the green onions are fragrant (this time the saliva has come out)
5.
After the green onions are fragrant, add the dried beans and shiitake mushrooms. Be sure to squeeze the water in the dried beans! Then add soy sauce and stir fry for a while, and the color is even
6.
Then pour in the rice and continue to stir fry (the water in the rice should be drained as well)
7.
Stir fry until the rice is evenly colored and there is no moisture in the wok
8.
The fried ingredients are put into the inner pot of the rice cooker,
9.
Then use the wok just now (no need to wash) directly put 3 bowls of water to boil, boil the water and pour it into the inner pot of the rice cooker with the ingredients just filled (a little more than the water is enough to fill the rice)
10.
Press the rice cooker button until it is cooked! It's too fragrant when it's cooked, don't rush off the power when it's cooked, remember to keep it stuffy for 5 minutes, the taste is better
11.
It’s so fragrant, I can eat three bowls, do you believe it haha~
Tips:
1. Remember that the water in dried beans and rice must be drained and then fried so that it will be fragrant, otherwise the taste will not be good;
2. If there are elderly and children at home, remember to add more water and boil it to soften it.
