Claypot Rice with Pea Meatloaf

Prepare the ingredients. It is best to soak the rice 5 minutes in advance.

Blanch the peas, pick them up and soak them in clear water.

After the lean meat is chopped, add salt, oil, soy sauce, white rice and a small amount of water and stir clockwise for 5 minutes.

Pour some oil under the bottom of the pot, put in the washed rice, and add an appropriate amount of water (a little less than the usual cooking water).

When the rice is cooked until the water is almost dry, pour the peas on the rice noodles and spread the meat patties on the noodles.

Continue to cover the pot and turn on the minimum heat to cook. After about ten minutes, turn off the heat. After the heat is turned off, continue to simmer for about ten minutes before opening the lid (in order not to lose heart, I covered a damp cloth).
