Claypot Rice with Tempeh Spare Ribs
1.
First cook the rice in a ceramic pot.
2.
Clean up all the ingredients that need to be cleaned. Then, cut the pork ribs into small pieces; the shallots are white and the leaves are separated, and all are cut into green onions; the ginger and garlic are sliced.
3.
Mix the scallion, sugar, ginger, garlic, tempeh, cornstarch, and oil and salt with the ribs, and stir and massage the ribs (preferably with clean hands).
4.
When the rice gradually forms (with a clear bubble column), turn off the heat, quickly spread the marinated ribs on the rice, and cover the pot to continue cooking.
5.
When the water vapor sprayed from the vent of the pot cover is almost invisible, pour the peanut oil down the side of the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Continue to maintain a minimum fire.
6.
When you smell the prickly grilling sound, turn off the heat immediately and sprinkle the crushed fried peanuts on the ribs.
Tips:
1. If you want a better color and a stronger taste, you can add some soy sauce and fuel consumption. (Because I have a wound, I didn't put too much pigmented sauce such as soy sauce)
