Claypot Yangzhou Fried Rice

Shrimp shelled and prawn line, cut into small pieces, add some oil, salt and cornstarch, and marinate for 10 minutes

Cut carrots and cucumbers into small pieces

The corn kernels are broken, washed and set aside

Cut ham sausage into small pieces

Prepare the chopped green onion

Beat the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt to beat

Heat the casserole over high heat, pour in the right amount of cooking oil, pour in the egg liquid, and fry on low heat.

Add shrimp and stir fry

Tips:
Ordinary casserole soup may be broken. Don't use it for fried eggs and stir-fry. I use a casserole that does not break if it is dry or cold, so it’s no problem.
