Cob Bone Corn Soup

Cut the kelp into sections and the corn into sections.

Wash the bones with blood and water.

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic cloves, and parsley into sections.

Add water to the pot, put the stick bones, add green onion, ginger and garlic, and cook for one hour.

Add corn and kelp and cook for half an hour.

Add a little salt, five-spice powder, chicken powder, a spoonful of soup to the basin, and stir well.
