Coconut Peach Gum White Fungus Soup
1.
Don't be greedy for peach gum, because the foaming rate is very high, and the same is true for white fungus. (I forgot to buy milk, so I used milk powder instead)
2.
The peach gum needs to be soaked for about 10 hours, so let’s soak the night before
3.
Tremella can be soaked in about 10 minutes. Then pluck the white fungus into small pieces and set aside. Pick out the impurities with peach gum, drain the water, and set aside.
4.
Add water to the pot, pour in the white fungus and peach gum, simmer for 1 and a half hours, until the gum is formed.
5.
During the stewing of peach gum, add water to the small milk pot, boil and pour the sago into the boil. After boiling for 10 minutes, cover and let the sago become completely transparent. (Remember, sago does not need to be washed, it must be put in hot water)
6.
Finally, pour sago, coconut milk, milk, and sugar into the stewed peach gum white fungus, stir well, and you're done!
