Cod in Black Bean Sauce

Defrost and wash the cod.

Use kitchen paper towels to absorb moisture on the surface for later use.
3.
Bring minced tempeh, garlic, light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and sugar into the bowl and stir well.
4.
Pour evenly on the cod.
5.
Put a little ginger on it.
6.
Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam on high heat for 5 minutes.
7.
Just sprinkle with chopped green onion when serving.
