Cod Stewed Tofu

The cod can be viscera removed, washed and cut into pieces for later use

Chopped green onion, garlic cloves, ginger slices, a little aniseed bay leaves

Pour the oil in the hot pan, pour the cod fillets after the oil is hot

Fry the cod fish until golden on both sides, add green onion, ginger, garlic, fry until fragrant, add the above seasoning and stir fry

Add a bowl of water to the pot, add more water if you want to drink the soup, cover the pot, and simmer on high heat

After the pot is boiled, add tofu, cover the pot and simmer on medium heat, simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes, then it will be out of the pot.
Tips:
When frying the fish, don’t turn over in a hurry, otherwise the fish will be broken
